Public administration building, designed in modernist style by renowned architect Toyo Ito. The architecture presents interlocking volumes. It has a playground and a combination of walls with recessed areas, glass windows with black anodized aluminum panels and protected with break soles, creating an open and contemporary environment. Photorealistic, each level of the building carries a different color or texture with contrasting colors from the use of wood, granite, clay and other natural elements. Nauro and biophilic architecture will be used in conjunction with kinetic architecture throughout the project. The surrounding area is surrounded by single-story high buildings and dense tropical vegetation.
