1 - Flower type: Annual (Grows, flowers and dies within one year) This huge flower grows up to 9.2 feet (2.8 meters) tall. Its silver stem is very thick, and the miniature, yellow leaves are slender, pointed with serrated edges. Many leaves grow along the entire length of the stem. A single small flower sits at the end of the stem. The flowers are 48 cm (18.9 inches) wide, with brown petals on the lower layer and aquamarine petals decorated with crimson dots on the inner layer. The central disk is sky blue. The flower head is an uncoordinated mess of up to 30 curved petals. They are hardy. It has no scent, and it has an average amount of pollen. It is pollinated by the wind, but is also particularly attractive to insects.
