Recessed Balconies (Right Side of the Building) The squares represent recessed balconies. Their background (rear wall and ceiling) should have a dark gray plaster finish. Railings should be black – ensure a strong contrast. Curtain Wall – Center of the Facade The rectangles in the center represent large windows as part of a curtain wall. Thin white beams separate the window rows. The structural frame around the curtain wall should also be white. Main Beam in an Inverted "L" Shape (Right Side) A large beam in an inverted "L" shape wraps around the balcony section.
