The upper floor should also have space for two large bedrooms, each with a walk-in closet, a shared bathroom, and one of the bedrooms having a private ensuite bathroom. Interior - Lower Floor: A porch (not a terrace) measuring around 3.5 meters before entering the glass-walled entertainment area. To the right, create a recreation area with sofas and a long table inspired by a “Bilbao choco” style. To the left, include a game room with a foosball table, ping pong table, and pool table. There should also be a storage room at the back. The entertainment area should feature a large sofa (double or triple), a table for 10-12 people, and a mini-bar with high stools. Exterior: Surround the house with tree-lined areas, mainly poplar trees and fruit trees. The concrete structure should have a light grey color, leaning toward white. The garage or parking area should be located outside the house, with cars entering from the lower part of the terrain but not having an internal garage.
