She had slid off the rock into the water assuming it wasn't more than knee deep. Her above the knee boots would keep her dry as she waded in the water. But she instantly realized it was deeper than she thought. Over the top of her boots and almost to her waist. The water was cold as she waded in the creek near the falls. She hadn't planned on getting wet but now that she was, she thought about going deeper. She took a couple steps and realized she had reached the deepest part of this area of the creek. The water was at her waist and she contemplated dunking herself under. She thought about her plans for the rest of the evening. There wouldn't be time to change and she didn't have anything else to wear anyway. She gave in and dunked herself under soaking the rest of her clothes. It was going to make for an interesting rest of the day, but was so much fun being in the creek.
