The structure is constructed from massive concrete slabs with a textured, sand-toned finish, designed to absorb and release heat gradually, maintaining a stable interior temperature. Sharp, angular cuts in the facade form windows and skylights that frame the surrounding landscape and create dramatic plays of light and shadow.
