As one progresses horizontally, the commercial areas diminish while the public spaces increase. This layout provides ample open areas for users to immerse themselves in nature, relax, and interact. The public green spaces offer residents an environment to breathe in, while the wooden structures, designed with an organic architectural approach, harmonize with the natural surroundings. The focal point of the design is to create a sustainable living space that integrates seamlessly with the urban fabric. The utilization of modern wooden structures reflects an eco-friendly approach, emphasizing the use of natural materials. Furthermore, the reduction of commercial areas and the increase in public spaces are orchestrated to prioritize social interaction and engagement with the natural environment for city dwellers."
