Bolani (boulani or boulanee) is a flatbread from Afghanistan. Perhaps you have also heard of aloo paratha which is quite similar but originates from India. Both flatbreads feature a simple dough stuffed, sealed and then fried until crisp and golden with beautiful afgan presentation.
