The seven-storey building stands in the center of a busy city. The first three floors are a busy shopping mall, with glass facades reflecting the sunset lights of the city. The remaining floors are filled with an open parking lot, blown by warm air. The walls of the building in the center are decorated with rows of vertical perforated metal panels with wide holes that overlook the glazing of the building. On the ground floor, there is a semicircular big terrace on the corner, which gives the building a special urban shape and people walk there. The big terrace continues in the roads that run side by side and the pedestrian sidewalk. The ledge ends on the second floor.
