Ufa, Russia, on a steep hill, very high up, placed on a plataeu, the place is a busy public space now, the tower is renovated now, organized and furnished in an avant-garde like soviet style geometry, there is a planetarium metal dome, next to a tower, the tower is turned into an observatory, the background environment is of Bashkortostan, mostly nature but some urban areas deep in the backhground, camera shot is off the ground, the style is avant garde, retro-futuristic, the tower and dome building are separate, they are not merged, the dome is a small architectural form, not a huge building, the rest of the space pavement has complex, deconstructivistic geometry, confusing lines and small little architecture pieces, but are very seamless.
