There are large balconies on the front of the building with colored Christmas lights on the parapet. At the top of the building there is a star-shaped spire illuminated in gold. It is night and snowing. The building is located in the center of a city square. The streets are covered in snow and you can see Christmas lights on. There are no people around. Big snowflakes are falling from the sky. Near the building there is a large fir tree decorated with lots of colored Christmas lights and Christmas balls. You can see the moon in the sky. In the distance in the sky you can see a small black silhouette of Santa Claus on a sleigh pulled by reindeer. Behind the structure you can see city houses with colorful Christmas lights on their facades and windows.
