The colors of the symbol must be golden and sylver. the back ground must be in a light gray. The most important part, in emphasis as the front is a realistic golden serpent whith a sharp head whrapped around a crook with the balance of justice hanged. In both sizes are the leter C in gold color. The background must be in a brighter silver color.
