use white sandstone for the upper floors and use Brown shade of luxurious granite for the ground floor and the first floor. Add a few palm trees in the background giving a context of beach view behind the building. Use a different European style cladding for the cornices in the building facade. Add lavish lightings to the facade of the building considering it as a 5 star hotel. Add parked cars in the context wherever required.
