Public Library Building Located in Hampton Virginia, The Public Library Building is meant to act as a more open and public community space, while still providing safety and security. The Building has two open air community meeting rooms, one that acts as a courtyard for children that can only be accessed from the inside, while another is larger and is a more general community space for lectures and gathering. The libraries internal space is to act as a community living room for the neighborhood.
