This is multiple public toilet building surrounding like a circle. the facade is made with wood blind curtain. and behind the blind curtain there is various color of lightning. Just like the reference image, make me building. don't care about the ground. Its on the public park. so, there is no other thing in ground but only grasses. and the tallest building height is 11m. and there must be bright light behind wood blind curtain. So if you open the blind there is just bright led screen. but not so bright. it gotta be like subtle mood. and time is night that you can clearly see the led light under blind curtain.
