I crawled out of my bed at 2:00am to make the the trek back to Butler Gulch - my last trip up here for the summer of 2014. I wanted to shoot the Colorado wildflowers that are so plentiful under the Milky Way. When I left my place in Winter Park, the skies were clear. By the time lined up my tracking device and got everything focused, the clouds started drifing through. <br />
