The Chicaiza-Vera house is projected in a consolidated area in the south of the city, on a corner property and with a factory-line layout. The owners' requirements were very clear, a modern house, well lit and that maintains privacy. Thus, two spaces were proposed to illuminate the rooms of the house, the first one of the rear retreats since the lot is a corner lot and the second a lighting well that we proposed towards the main road; these two spaces us. They will provide the desired lighting and privacy.
