In designing this apartment, I carefully considered the client’s needs and preferences to create a beautiful, functional space that aligns with their lifestyle and taste. To achieve a calm and minimalist environment, I incorporated Scandinavian style using light colors and natural materials such as wood. Simple, functional furniture with clean lines adds a sense of openness and order to the space, while the indirect lighting throughout each area provides the necessary illumination without cluttering the environment.
The kitchen was divided into two separate sections: the food preparation area with modern, sleek cabinetry, and the dining area, creating a spacious and inviting setting for meals. Thoughtful placement of natural light in this area further brightens the space.
In the sleeping area, the master bedroom was designed with a minimalist approach, providing ample space for a Walk-in Closet, ensuring comfort and tranquility. The guest room was also designed with flexibility in mind, allowing it to easily convert into a sleeping space when necessary.
For the courtyard, I utilized LED lighting and decorative plants to create a pleasant and modern atmosphere. Given the limited natural light in the apartment, the courtyard was designed to be a peaceful retreat while enhancing the overall aesthetic of the space.
In the bathroom, the Austrian style was maintained by separating the WC from the shower and washbasin area. This layout offers greater organization and, in alignment with the client's preferences, was designed to introduce both functionality and luxury into the space.
All of these elements were thoughtfully incorporated based on the client’s desires, creating a unique and comfortable living environment while adhering to principles of interior design and architecture.
