o Land is elevated by ~ 1.0m from the front walkway, 1.85m from the western neighbor, 4.4m from the southern neighbor and lower by ~1.5m from the neighbor at the east. (See RL PLAN)
o Design would include:
1 master bedroom with a WR (1 for her & 1 for him),
4 ensuit bedrooms (bedroom with attached bathroom)
1 kitchen and scullery in the ground level
1 small kitchen in the 2nd floor.
Garage for 2 cars (3 will be an advantage), with storage room and bathroom.
