I have a plot of land on two streets, front and back, 60 meters long and 35 meters deep. I need to design a tower with 12 floors above ground and three underground parking spaces. The height of the ground floor should be 8 meters, and there should be additional parking spaces above the ground floor. The entrance to these spaces should be from the back street of the land. The main problem I have is in designing the ramp above the ground floor. I need the design to be modern.
