An architectural conceptual design for a residential complex situated on a 2-hectare site, inspired by vernacular architecture in a warm and humid island environment like Abu Musa, Iran. The design consists of multiple distinct blocks of two-story modular housing units, constructed with natural materials such as adobe, limestone, and wood. The layout focuses on efficient site relationships, including interconnected pathways, shaded courtyards, small private gardens, and shared green spaces. Central pedestrian-friendly zones and covered arcades connect the blocks, while wind catchers and natural ventilation ensure comfort in the tropical climate. Warm, earthy tones dominate the structures, reflecting harmony with the surrounding landscape. The design prioritizes sustainability, functionality, and a strong sense of community
